The purpose of this Technical Specification is to lay down the requirements relating to the supply, installation, execution, measurement, processing and presentation of the measurements results of total pressure changes made by Total Pressure Cells (TPCs). These cells shall be placed within the soil, within embankments, on the interface of two elements or on structures.
