The purpose of this Technical Specification is to lay down the requirements for precast elements (pile caps, beams, slabs, etc.) of reinforced or prestressed concrete intended for the construction of parts of superstructures of marine structures on base plates or piles (quay walls, piers, island platforms, platforms, jetties, breakwaters, etc.). This includes both the supply of precast elements produced at the factory and their on site construction at the worksite.
