Draft Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment on mechanical biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste

The draft Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment on mechanical biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste lays down the requirements for:

1) managing the process of mechanical biological treatment of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;
2) the installations used to carry out the process referred to in subparagraph 1;
3) the waste generated throughout the process referred to in subparagraph 1.
