Government Decree on natural therapeutic factors

The draft contains rules and conditions for the designation of certain natural therapeutic factors (health resort, thermal spa, climate therapy institution, recognised mineral water, (thermal) spa water, medicinal water, medicinal mud and other natural therapeutic factors), and establishes special rules for the operation of pools with fill-and-drain systems.
