The purpose of this Technical Specification is to lay down the requirements for the supply and installation of pointing targets with surveying instruments for convergence monitoring and checking of tunnel excavation surfaces and linings, as well as the requirements for carrying out measurements and processing/evaluation of results, both at the construction stage and during the operational phase of the works.
