Order on toys

In the Order, changes have been made to which allergenic fragrances that toys may not contain. This is done on the basis of the Commission Directive amending Annex II to Directive 2009/48/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards labelling of allergenic fragrances in toys and amending Annex II to Directive 2009/48/EC of the European

Parliament and of the Council as regards the prohibition of allergenic fragrances in toys.
In addition, minor corrections have been made to previous typos, as well as an adaptation of the penal provisions to be in line with the Danish Safety Technology Authority’s other Orders under the Product Act.
