The Rules lay down the categories of hemp propagating material and seedlings other than seeds and the requirements to be met by each category of hemp propagating material and seedlings during production and on the market, the requirements relating to ensuring traceability and the packaging and labelling of hemp propagating material and seedlings, a more detailed method of submitting a request for authorisation to issue suppliers’ labels and a more detailed procedure for official certification of hemp propagating material and seedlings.
