Regulations amending the Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations and general guidelines (TSFS 2016:18) on communication, navigation and surveillance services (CNS services)

The draft regulation contains requirements for equipment to be used in the exercise of communication, navigation and surveillance services. The draft regulation states, inter alia, that Annex 10 of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) shall be complied with.
§ 5 constitutes a special Swedish provision.
