The purpose of this Technical Specification is to lay down the requirements for the removal of loose concrete or attached materials on concrete surfaces in order to carry out subsequent operations such as:
— Reinforcement of elements from reinforced concrete with shotcrete covering, carbon fabric, etc.
— Manufacture of floors, new or on existing concrete plate
— Manufacture of new claddings such as coatings, paints, etc.
