The draft Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment amending the Regulation on municipal sewage sludge amends the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sewage sludge (Journal of Laws, item 257). The amendment under discussion includes changes aiming to clarify the provisions on the determination of quality parameters and conditions of use of municipal sewage sludge on the ground to eliminate hazards to human health and the environment arising from their use.
