Pressure assemblies

Regulation No 95 of the Minister for Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of 16 July 2015 “Equipment and requirements for audits and the submission of audit results”

We impose a regular audit obligation (control) on pressure assemblies because today there is no definition of pressure assemblies in Estonian law, which allows pressure assemblies to be treated as pressure equipment or gas installation. However, this creates a situation where regular audits can be carried out differently. This means that in-service inspection, visual examination and pressure test are carried out in the case of periodic audits of pressure equipment. However, in the case of a regular audit of a gas installation, only in-service

inspection shall be carried out.
