Radio interception and suppression equipment

Draft law amending Articles 3 and 45 of Law No IX-2135 on electronic communications of the Republic of Lithuania

It shall be prohibited to use and/or possess radio suppression equipment, radio interception equipment, except in the performance by public authorities of the functions of defence, national security, public order and public security, investigation and prevention of criminal offences and other offences of law, protection of the state border and with the exception of the holding of radio suppression devices and radio interception devices, when such equipment is supplied to public authorities performing these functions.
