Regulation on parts and equipment of vehicles

These Regulations provide for:

— mandatory vehicle equipment,
— requirements for vehicle parts,
— additional requirements for parts of vehicles (lighting equipment, glass, tyres, winter equipment, equipment and marking of tractors, re-categorisation of vehicles from M1 to N1...),
— additional requirements for vehicles with a special form of bodywork (housing vehicle, trailer, ambulance, funerary vehicle, mobile workshop, mobile shop, road tourist train, etc.),
— requirements for the identification of the vehicle identification number,
— requirements for vehicle equipment (first aid kits, speed limitation devices...),
— dimensions and masses of vehicles in road traffic.
