Cured and aged sausage

Product specification for cured and aged sausage under the national quality scheme of High Quality Food (KMÉ)

So far, the national quality scheme of High Quality Food (KMÉ) has included a product specification for drinking milk, sour cream, yoghurt, kefir, butter and curd cheese. Additional product specifications are added to the national quality scheme, including specific certification requirements for cured and aged sausages.
