Rules on amendments and additions to the Rules on measuring instruments

The term “the addendum to the certificate” is replaced by the term “certificate revision”. In Annex 1, the definition of “material measure” is added and the reference to incorrect articles of the Rules is corrected. In the case of exhaust gas meters, the restriction that regular and exceptional verification can only be performed at the site of application of the meter is removed.
