Off-road vehicles and off-road scooters

The Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations amending the Swedish National Road Administration’s regulations (VVFS 2003:17) on off-road motor vehicles

The regulations shall apply to off-road vehicles and off-road scooters, with the exception of off-road scooters which meet the requirements of Directive 98/37/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to machinery and which are CE-marked in accordance with that Directive.
