The instruction must be followed in the planning of closures of carriageway crossing points for maintenance vehicles or emergency vehicles to other traffic by means of fold-down bollards. The instruction sets out options for the implementation of fold-down bollards for different types of central reservation crossing points as well as quality requirements for the bollards.
