The draft is hereby supplemented by including the grounds for terminating a remote gaming agreement under which the gaming company shall have the right to terminate the contract with the player. The draft provides that the company has the right to terminate the contract if the player fails to join the player’s remote gaming account for more than 12 months, as well as if the company suspects that the player has infringed the company’s regulation and if the player fails to submit any information within the time limit set by the company’s regulation or the information provided was not sufficient.
