Order on the import, manufacture, storage, transfer, purchase and use of fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles

The Order contains provisions implementing parts of Directive 2013/29/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pyrotechnic articles and implements parts of Directive 2006/123/EC.

The Order sets requirements for the import, manufacture, storage, transfer, purchase and use of fireworks and other pyrotechnic articles to Denmark. The Order consists primarily of national rules.
