Tourism Intermediation Services Regulations, 2020

The aim of these regulations is to regulate the manner in which online tourism intermediation service providers are to advertise and list on their platforms all tourism operations licensable by the Malta Tourism Authority.

The regulations enhance MTA’s enforcement powers with regards to these platforms by introducing specific provisions regulating breaches of the same regulations, including penalties.
