Order No […] of the Minister for the Interior and Kingdom Relations of [date] amending the Order on the Building Decree 2012 regarding the method of determining the noise level from heat and cold generation systems set up outside the external partition of a structure

This amendment to the Order on the Building Decree 2012 [Regeling Bouwbesluit 2012] sets out further provisions on the method for determining the noise level from heat and cold generation systems set up outside.

The Building Decree 2012 (hereinafter: the Building Decree) determines the noise level that may occur at the parcel boundary with another parcel (e.g. of a structure) or at the openable doors or windows on the same parcel. This Order now includes how to determine the noise level from the systems. Just as with the noise requirements themselves, the Order and method of determination only apply to newly installed systems.

The equivalence clause (the option to take equivalent measures) in Article 1.3 of the Building Decree 2012 applies to this Order.
