The Regulation lays down the conditions and procedure for the construction and operation of sports facilities - outdoor sports shooting facilities outside urban areas for the shooting sports of dynamic shooting, shooting forhunting, biathlon and T-class shooting, including the requirements for safe use, maintenance and control.

Draft Regulation on the conditions and procedure for the construction and operation of sports facilities - outdoor sports shooting facilities outside urban areas

The draft lays down requirements for outdoor sports shooting facilities for the shooting sports of dynamic shooting, shooting for hunting, biathlon and T-class shooting as regards:

- their location, development and determination of safe distances;
- their design, including requirements for shooting facility areas, the terrain and restrictions of sports facilities, requirements for the safety equipment of shooting facilities and the development of shooting areas;
- ensuring the safety, maintenance and control of the operation of sports facilities.
