Ordinance amending the Plant Protection Equipment Inspection Ordinance
Amongst other aspects, the draft Ordinance amends Annex 1 to § 5(1), Inspection guidance, as follows: the entirety of Annex 1 is updated, including with regard to the first-time inspection obligation for ‘small equipment’ specified in accordance with § 4(4).
