losses of mineral oils are calculated during its transport, storage and handling in a tax warehouse under duty suspension, and stipulates the percentage of the amount of losses of individual mineral oil types listed in the annex to the draft Decree.Standards for losses of mineral oils transported under duty suspension through a pipeline are specially legislated.
