The rules set out in the draft refer to prisoner transportation vehicles used in law enforcement

Draft Amendment to BM (Ministry of Interior) Decree No 58/2015 of 27 October 2015 on special detailed rules applying to service vehicles operated by law enforcement agencies under the authority of the Minister of Interior, their entry into service and periodic inspection.

The draft defines the technical requirements applicable to the emergency exits of the cell space and of the supervisor’s space in the prisoner transportation vehicle, as well as the terms and technical requirements relating to putting the vehicle into service.
