Draft Ordinance amending the Annex to the New Psychoactive Substances Act

The Federal Republic of Germany intends to expand the side chain of the compounds derived from indole, pyrazole and 4-quinolone defined under Number 2.1.4 in the Annex to the NpSG to include further new synthetic cannabinoids by revising point (b) and adding point (c).
