Draft Ministerial Decision on the placing on the Greek market of plugs and socket outlets for domestic use

This Decision lays down the terms and conditions for the placing and the making available on the Greek market of electrical equipment which does not fall within the scope of Ministerial Decision No 51157/DΤΒΝ 1129/17.5.16, specifically the equipment referred to in point (e) of Annex ΙΙ to the Decision, entitled ‘Plugs and socket outlets for domestic use’. Annex I sets out an indicative and non-restrictive list of the electrical equipment that falls within the scope of the provisions of this Decision.
