Order amending the Order on safety regulations for natural gas facilities and bio-natural gas facilities under the Occupational Health and Safety Act

The Order is amended so that in future payment can be collected for the costs of the Danish Working Environment Authority, not only in connection with case processing before approval of construction, but also in relation to the commissioning of natural gas facilities and bio-natural gas facilities and subsequent periodic inspections, etc. The amendment relates to Chapter 4 of the Order. §§ 20-21 are amended and a new § 20 a is inserted.
