Act amending the Plant Protection Act [Pflanzenschutzgesetz]
The draft Act provides that for non-professional users, the use of plant protection products is limited to those that have been approved for home and allotment gardening and that are low-risk products as referred to in Article 47 of Regulation (EC) 1107/2009 or that have been approved for organic farming pursuant to Annex II of Regulation (EC) 889/2008.
