Rules on conditions for ensuring safety of feedingstuffs

The Rules transpose the provisions of Directive 32/2002/EC into the national legal order. It also specifies routes for informing the European Commission and the Member States of feed products which do not meet the requirements of these rules, the maximum levels of active substances of antimicrobial veterinary medicinal products and antiparasitics in non-target feedingstuffs after unavoidable transfer, the microbiological criteria of feedingstuffs, monitoring for the presence of mycotoxins and the use of orientation values for certain mycotoxins in animal feeds, risk assessment and management of new risks with undesirable substances in feedingstuffs.
