Royal Decree xxxx/xxxx/2019 of [date] on the characterisation and registration of agricultural machinery

This draft Royal Decree sets out regulations on:

- the characterisation of agricultural machinery (farming, livestock and forestry);

- its registration (to keep an up-to-date database that is useful to the sector); and

- a voluntary quality mark for agricultural machinery, based on verification of technical procedures that ensure the agronomic, safety, environmental protection and energy-efficiency performance of the machinery.
