Implementing Decree of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic amending Implementing Decree No 132/2018 of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic laying down the details of the technical requirements for certain vehicles, systems, components and separate technical units for the purposes of approval

This draft Implementing Decree amends Implementing Decree No 132/2018 of the Ministry of Transport and Construction of the Slovak Republic laying down the details of the technical requirements for certain vehicles, systems, components and separate technical units for the purposes of approval, which was notified in accordance with Directive (EU) 2015/1535 as Notification 2017/0600/SK.

This draft Implementing Decree contains modifications (refinements and additions) based on experience gained from application of the legislation, for example:

- modifications of the technical requirements for granting national approval for individual vehicles with limited operation and changes to the terminology for granting national approval for individual vehicles with limited operation, and

- at the same time, certain references are being updated in relation to the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles, amending Regulations (EC) No 715/2007 and (EC) No 595/2009 and repealing Directive 2007/46/EC.
