Draft Order of the Minister for Culture of the Republic of Lithuania approving the description of the procedure for applying mandatory instructions to internet access providers rendering services to third parties who use these services in activities related to the unauthorised publishing of works and subject matter protected by related rights or the sui generis right over public computer networks (online).

The draft Order of the Minister for Culture of the Republic of Lithuania aims to approve the procedure for applying mandatory instructions to internet access providers with regard to removing access to illegally published copyrighted content.
