Plums produced in France

Order extending an inter-branch agreement concluded within the framework of the Inter-branch Association of the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Industry (INTERFEL) and relating to the packaging of plums - 2020-2022 marketing years

The draft Order extends an agreement intended to improve the quality of plums produced in France and intended for sale to the end consumer.

This agreement is intended to limit to 10 kg the net total mass of the plum packaging intended for sale in bulk to the consumer. The agreement does not apply to plums intended for industrial processing or to those sold to the end consumer by producers at their place of business and from their production.
