Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Digital Evolution and Business Environment amending the Delivery Services Ordinance

The Delivery Services Ordinance ('Zustelldiensteverordnung') specifies the conditions for the authorisation of electronic delivery services on the basis of § 30(1) of the Service of Documents Act [ZustG].

With the amendment of the Service of Documents Act by Federal Law Gazette I No 104/2018, the submission by the applicant of an expert report by a conformity assessment body was additionally introduced as a prerequisite for admission. This requirement would therefore also be included in the Delivery Services Ordinance.

Furthermore, numerous static legal references need to be adapted to the current version.
