Draft Governmental Act amending Act No 91/1996 on animal feed, as amended, and Act No 634/2004 on administrative fees, as amended

In particular, the draft Act:

• updates the references to directly applicable EU legislation,

• refines certain provisions of the basic definitions,

• lays down the obligation of operators to provide notification of interruption of an approved or registered activity and its continuation in the interest of more efficient conduct of official controls,

• refines and amends the particulars required for the operator registration application or operation approval,

• now specifies a time limit for storing samples and allows the person subject to control to request

reimbursement for the control samples taken,

• grants the authorisation for laying down the conditions for storing coarse fodder (silage)

on agricultural land in an implementing decree,

• adapts the relevant infractions to the above amendments.
