The preliminary draft modifies the existing order. This sets the emission threshold for antennas (mobile phones, public WiFi) at 6 V/m. This threshold applies to all zones accessible to the public.
The purpose of this preliminary draft is:
- to integrate the waves emitted by broadcast (radio transmitters) into the scope of the Order;
- to raise the emission threshold to 9.1 V/m inside and to 14.5 V/m outside
Preliminary draft Order amending the Order of 1 March 2007 on the protection of the environment against any adverse and harmful effects caused by non-ionising radiation.
The preliminary draft modifies the existing order. This sets the emission threshold for antennas (mobile phones, public WiFi) at 6 V/m. This threshold applies to all zones accessible to the public.
The purpose of this preliminary draft is:
- to integrate the waves emitted by broadcast (radio transmitters) into the scope of the Order;
- to raise the emission threshold to 9.1 V/m inside and to 14.5 V/m outside
Once antennas for public WiFi are not excluded from the scope of the Order, the aforementioned Article 58 applies.
