Draft Ordinance amending the Ordinance (1999:58) banning certain products that are harmful to health

Based on the attached classification documents, the Public Health Agency of Sweden proposes that 2-methylacetylfentanyl, 3-fluoromethoxyacetylfentanyl, 2-fluoroethamphetamine (2-FEA), 1P-ETH-LAD and 4-HO-MPT be regulated as harmful to health and thus added to the Ordinance (1999:58) banning certain products that are harmful to health.

Classification will mean, amongst other things, that these substances may not be imported or held in possession without special permission from the Public Health Agency of Sweden.

Please note that only the substances listed next to a vertical line in the left margin of the draft ordinance are additions to the existing ordinances. The other substances are already listed therein
