2018/2019 Directive on subsidies for the purchase of owner-occupied homes, apartments and terraced houses

This directive governs the allocation of subsidies for the purchase of unsubsidised owner-occupied homes, unsubsidised owner-occupied apartments or unsubsidised terraced houses whose construction permit or approval was granted at least 20 years ago at the time of the subsidy application. The new 2018 Burgenland Housing Subsidy Act governs the associated basic principles.
