Food of animal origin and small-capacity animal origin food establishments

Ordinance amending the Ordinance on measures for the adaptation to the requirements of regulations concerning food of animal origin

This Ordinance introduces additional possibilities for adaptation to the requirements of regulations concerning food of animal origin with regard to the infrastructure, equipment and production procedures for small-capacity milk processing facilities, milk collection centres, small-capacity facilities processing meat and/or fishery products, small-capacity egg processing facilities and small-capacity egg packing centres, small-capacity snail and frog processing facilities, and small-capacity facilities producing rendered animal fat and greaves, without prejudice to food hygiene, the protection of human health and the interests of consumers.
