Draft Circular providing amendments for the Annexes of Circular No.11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14th, 2020 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications

This draft Circular provides amendments for the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications (the "List of Group 2 products and goods" for short). 

The draft Circular content is as follows:

·         Article 1. Amendments for the Annex I of Circular No.11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14th, 2020 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications;

·         Article 2. Amendments for the Annex II of Circular No.11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14th, 2020 specifying the List of products and goods with unsafe capability under management responsibility of Ministry of Information and Communications;

·         Article 3. Entry into force;

·        Article 4. Implementation.
