This technical regulation provides technical requirements, testing methods, quality control of industrial ammonia (NH3) produced, imported and traded in the territory of Vietnam.

This Regulation does not apply to pure ammonia and ammonia for food

This technical regulation applies to organizations and individuals manufacturing, importing and trading industrial ammonia, state management agencies and other relevant organizations and individuals.
