This Circular prescribes the list of substances banned from use in the production and trading of health supplement.

This Circular applies to Vietnamese organizations and individuals; foreign organizations and individuals in Viet Nam engaging in producing and trading of health supplements; organizations and individuals engaged in health supplements in Viet Nam.
