Testing and Labeling Pertaining to Product Certification
This direct final rule updates the testing and third party conformity assessment body rules to incorporate by reference current versions of ISO/IEC 17025:2017(E) and ISO/IEC 17011:2017(E). The rule is effective on 29 July 2021, unless CPSC receives a significant adverse comment by 1 June 2021.
