Energy Conservation Program: Test Procedure for Air Cleaners

On 18 October 2022, the U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") published a notice of proposed rulemaking ("NOPR") to establish test procedures for air cleaners and to announce a public meeting on 9 November 2022, to discuss the proposal. ("October 2022 NOPR") This document announces a change to the public meeting time. Instead of being held from 1 to 4 p.m., the public meeting will now be held from 12 to 3 p.m. Eastern Time

DATES: DOE will hold a public meeting via webinar on 9 November 2022, from 12 to 3 p.m. Eastern Time. See section, "Public Participation," for webinar registration information, participant instructions, and information about the capabilities available to webinar participants. DOE will accept comments, data, and information regarding the October 2022 NOPR no later than 19 December 2022.
