Proposed rule - Chapter 461a is proposed to be amended to provide procedures for the testing of slot machines, table games, table game devices, interactive games, sports wagering devices, video gaming terminals and all associated equipment at private testing and certification facilities. Chapter 469a is proposed to be added to the Board's regulations. This chapter provides for the registration of a private testing and certification facility as a Registered Gaming Service Provider and sets forth the standard and requirements for registration.
