Notice of proposed rulemaking and announcement of public meeting via webinar on Wednesday, 22 March 2023 - The U.S. Department of Energy ("DOE") proposes to amend the test procedure for compressors to correct an error. DOE also proposes to amend the definition of air compressor to include a minor clarification and revise a typographical error. DOE is seeking comment from interested parties on the proposals.
