The draft Order proposes to approve the Procedure for Maintaining the State Register of Substances Authorised for Use in the Manufacture of Materials and Articles,and Plastic Recycling Processes.

The Procedure establishes electronic user accounts enabling the electronic submission of applications and supporting documents for the state registration of substances and plastic recycling processes, monitoring the status of applications, access to information and electronic documents generated by the State Register, electronic interaction with the competent authorities and expert institutions, submission of requests for the correction of technical errors or clarification of information contained in the State Register, and receipt of notifications regarding changes to the status of submitted documents.

The State Register is scheduled to become operational on 1 January 2027.
