Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Form of the the Common Veterinary Entry Document for Imports and the Form of the Common Entry Document for Imports". Language(s): Ukrainian. Number of pages: 17

The draft Resolution has been developed to approve the forms of the Common Veterinary Entry Document for live animals (CVED-A), the Common Veterinary Entry Document for products (CVED-P) and the Common Entry Document (CED) for feed of non-animal origin and food of non-animal origin subject to an increased level of state control, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On State Control over Compliance with Legislation on Food, Feed, Animal By-products, Animal Health and Welfare" (notified in document G/SPS/N/UKR/123). The draft Resolution also provides that, upon its entry into force, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 570 of 18 July 2018 "On Approval of the Form of the Common Veterinary Entry Document for Imports and the Common Entry Document for Imports" (notified in document G/SPS/N/UKR/121) shall be repealed.
