Draft Law "On Ensuring the Traceability of Aquatic Bioresources and Products Produced from Aquatic Bioresources"

Ukraine notifies amendments made to the Сhapter VIII "Traceability in export/import operations and re-export" of the draft Law. Thus, in this Сhapter drafted the conditions for obtaining catch and re-export certificates as well as document on the processing of traceable aquatic bioresources and/or products from them, which are requiredfor customs clearance of traceable aquatic bioresources and/or products from them.
